BenchMARK Label-applicators are entry level Semi-automatic labelers for businesses wanting to upgrade from manual labeling to electric labelers with higher output. This is a very robust and reliable machine designed for small to medium-sized packaging departments. You will need self-adhesive (pressure sensitive) die-cut labels on rolls to work with these machines.

Tech Specs are identical to BenchMARK Wide-Body but with additional Auto-Attachment:

Auto Attachment is a fully automated activation system which automatically lowers the top roller assy onto the bottle - This feature allows for hands-free activation and hence, increased production rates: the operator can concentrate on bottle placement & removal.

Top Pressure on the bottle is adjustable through a knurled turn-knob next to the blue button. The AA offers 3 ways to activate the labeling cycle:

1./ Through lowering of the top handle (identical to Standard BenchMATE

2./ By pressing the blue START button on the side frame

3./ By tapping on the foot pedal.

In cases 2./ and 3./ the operator is able to leave the labeler to perform another task: the machine then continues the cycle autonomously
